dead lift 4x10 or 2x5 rows & 2x5 deadlift in 1. dus 20reps is 1 set.

low back extension 4x12
back rows barbelll 2xtill dead or cables.

armen heb ik nog niet maar die improviseer ik eigenlijk , met die pak ik geen pyramid of drop sets meer reps van 10 of van 12.
