Don't do sport for more than 10 years also my group of friends are not into gym so make me always delay delay but is time to do something about it, last year my bff climbed from 20 to +30% (32years/180/106kg), my motivation and health is clearly a issue.
I'm looking for gym (live in Rotterdam South) and someone that are willing to train/teach me correct way to bodybuilding/cardio/nutrition because i already know if i start alone, after two weeks i stop again :)
